时间：11月28日16:00地点：西活学术报告厅Test EngineerKey Responsibilities?Be the Test Lead to transfer new products to manufacturing sites.?Development of test applications and processes.?Standardization and optimization of the test processes.?Product failure analysis and drive issue resolutions.?Some experience in Project management and people management will be a bonus.Requirements?Possess a Bachelor/Masters in Electronics Engineering, or Computer related degrees.?Good spoken and written English.?Proficient in computer architecture, C and C++ programming, Unix programming.?Familiarity with Mac hardware and software is preferred.?Able to travel frequently and irregular hours.Mechanical Design EngineerKey Responsibilities?In this highly visible role, you will manage selection, implementation & optimization of manufacturing processes for mechanical enclosure subassemblies for our legendary products.?You will utilize your Mechanical Engineering experience and work cross functionally with Product Design Engineering and Industrial Design to assess product features for manufacturability, and recommend capable processes and equipment.?Responsibilities include developing new manufacturing processes to enable future product design and conducting DOEs to validate process capability. ?You will utilize your experience working with Global Supplier Managers to identify capable suppliers, assess their secondary processes for capacity, quality and cost.?A heavy emphasis will be working with suppliers to define and refine mechanical tooling, fixtures and establish capability / readiness.?You may also audit supplier processes and assembly processes as well as support product phase builds from EVT, DVT PVT and ramp.?Lastly you may assist post production quality / cost improvement activity related to fixtures and processes.Education / Experiences?BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Industrial Engineering and Chemical Engineer with good knowledge of general manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, schematics, specs, test methods; Experiences in DFx (DFM , DFT...);ability to read a drawing and understanding the basics of metrology.?Good written and oral communication skills, fluent in English and detail oriented.?On site build support; willing to work from OEM factories.?Willing to work independently and travel frequently upon request (mainly inAsia).?Team player, self-motivated, result oriented & detailed oriented.Mechanical Quality EngineerIn this highly visible and highly hands-on role, you will utilize your Engineering, Factory Management & Supply Chain skills in developing and implementing high throughput inspection equipment, leading edge quality systems and ultimately the best products available.Key Responsibilities?Inspection & Measurement Equipment development- In order to produce the perfect product it takes great inspection and measurement- Help lead the development of state of the art inspection & measurement equipment for Apple product?Quality Planning- Apply solid understanding of quality control and manufacturing concepts to oversee the development of specific Product Quality Plans (PQP) appropriate to program and commodity- Provide technical direction and guidance to other Quality Engineers supporting the implementation of the PQP- Participate in the program planning and monitoring process assuming responsibility for key deliverables.- Identify and direct studies to implement improvements in measuring method where appropriate.- Coordinate Quality Engineering functions for multiple programs in the product category that you are responsible for.- Interface with internal and external groups to ensure that proper definition of quality expectations and that appropriate assurance techniques are used for the product.?Supplier Quality Management- Assist in supplier selection process for new products and sourcing activities.- Assess supplier production control and quality programs, identify shortfalls to expectations, and directly secure agreement to correct.- Review PQP with supplier and other Apple functional groups to optimize supplier quality programs.- Evaluate supplier readiness and adherence to PQP at all development and qualification stages.- Monitor each supplier's performance through measurement of production line statistics, company inspections, and audits.?Interacts with cross-function teams in Cupertino & APO to drive yield rate improvement.?Review dimensional measurement systems in IQC, IPQC, OQC, and ORT to ensure high accuracy and correlation to other measurement systems in the supply chain.?Weekly operations reporting to include Early Field Failure Analysis, ECO/NPI changes, Reliability Test Report.Education / Experiences?BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Industrial Engineering and Chemical Engineer with good knowledge of general manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, schematics, specs, test methods; Responsible for all aspects of manufacturing process, including:?Manufacturing process capability and consistency sustaining?Failure analysis for yield hitters and reliability issues?Post-ramp qualification management?New process qualification & implementation-Works together with the product design, process development engineering team and manufacturing partner to drive design solutions, establish MP process baseline, increase line efficiency, and control product quality. Act as a bridge for technical issues when required between Apple engineering team and the vendors.-Structure and execute DOEs to identify root cause and eliminate quality defects.- Early involvement in new product engineering builds, assist in reviewing production process and fixtures from-manufacturing perspectives.Education / Experiences? BS degree in Electrical Engineering or mechanical engineering related degrees, with good knowledge of general manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, schematics, specs, test methods? Good spoken and written English with proficient Mandarin.? Excellent interpersonal and communication skill with capability to work independently and under pressure? 没有自己的工厂，但是掌握核心技术，将软件设计与硬件生产实现了分离
