IBM CDL(北京) 招实习

IBM Software Development Lab is now seeking interns on IBM Docs. IBM Docs is Lotus and CDL's mission project. It offers a Social Business Platform with a browser-based "office suite", comply with the customer vision for standardization, centralization, everything-in-the-browser.We are looking for interns who are passionate for cutting-edge technology and innovation.

Skill description:

Familiar with Java or C/C++ programming.
Familiar with Javascript programming is a plus.
Fast learner.
Excellent communication & inter-personal skills.
Working for more than half a year is preferred.

待遇：200/day；
关于公司：外企加班比较少，一般每天8小时工作完了就可以走了；另外组里面的leader跟manager都很好相处；对于论文leader会给我们找到博士，这一点也不用担心；
关于工作内容：整个大项目是跟google docs 一样的，在线编辑microsoft office 和 open office 文件。并且能够下载和分享（和社交集成），我们组主要负责Word 这一块。目前的情况是准备推倒重写，所以现在进项目组是从核心开始写的，个人认为是很有乐趣并且很有挑战的，毕竟是很前沿的东西，很多问题等着我们去解决，因为目前google docs也做的不完善，存在很多问题。现在的要求是写javascript，不会也没关系，但是编程能力要好，学习能力强，这对喜欢前端但是没机会做的同学来说是个很不错的锻炼和学习机会。大家要是还有啥问题可以在这里留言。

刚看新闻，瓦工的平均水平也是200人民币一天，技术好一点的，每天350，呵呵
不过劳动强度不同，社保也不同，所以也没什么好说的
