【实习：亚马逊诚招】Software Development Engineer - Intern
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are looking for full-time college students who are able to continuously work in Amazon AT LEAST 3 months AND at least 4 days per week. Longer term participants welcome! International candidates may need to participate in longer term program.
Basic / Required Qualification
o Senior in college, or currently enrolled in a postgraduate or PhD program and will graduate in 2014 or 2015
o Self-driven, quick starters, passionate problem solvers with curious mind who love solving very complex, very challenging real world problems
o Strong coding skills (e.g Java, C/C++ and/or other languages such as Perl, Ruby, Python)
o Solid fundamentals in Data Structure & Algorithm
o Good understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis & Design
o Excited with opportunities to solve very complex problems and willingness to learn
o Ability to think abstractly & deal with ambiguous problems
o Willing to own all stages of development process: requirements, design, implementation, testing, and operational support
o Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
o Excellent interpersonal communication with strong reading / written English skills
Preferred Qualification
o Major in Computer Science, engineering (Computer, Aerospace, Electric, Automation… etc), and / or other technical and science degree (Math, Physics,… etc)
o Experience with UNIX/Linux environment
o Have technical internship experience
Pluses / Additional Goodies
o Strong verbal English skills
o Experience with relational database
o Experience with distributed systems
o Experience in optimization mathematics (linear programming, nonlinear optimization)
o Experience in developing mobile application based Android Mobile Phone
o Currently pursuing advanced graduate degrees
