Job Description (Platform ValidationEngineer):In this position, you will join inPlatform Validation Team as an engineering intern in INTEL Data Center Group. PV team is responsible for enterpriseserver products verification and validation, FW/BIOS EVL, issues analysis anddebug, customer solution providing, test methodology development, etc.. Your detailed responsibility willinclude but not be limited to:- Participating in whole test process.- Working closely with validation,development and marketing engineers to analyze and debug issues on server.- Helping set up new LAB facilities andinfrastructure. Job Qualifications (not require all ofthem. But the more, the better):- A post graduate student in ComputerScience, Electrical Engineering or other related majors. - Intel® architectures like IA-32, IA-64- Basic knowledge of Server, CPU,Chipset, Bus, networking, performance, etc- Good understanding of Linux, softwareapplication programming skill such as C++/JAVA. - Fluent spoken and written Englishwould be an added advantage- High sense of responsibility,flexibility and result orientation- Capable of self-study and quick handson

Intern of Server Validation ResponsibilityBe responsiblefor performing the hardware validation or software validation through productdevelopment and product sustaining phases of enterprise server products,including leading-edge server boards, systems, applications, peripherals, andso on. The job scope covers board- and system-level server validations,user-oriented testing, as well as relevant debugging and issue resolution. QualificationCandidate must be a student in a Science related major. Computer Science,Software Engineering, or Electronic Engineering is preferred. Additionalqualifications include:-         Self starter withthe passion of engineering tasks;-         Fluent in Englishand Chinese both verbal and written;-         Ability to workmore than three days per week; -         Knowledge of Hardwaretesting and test case development is a plus;-         Knowledge ofSoftware testing and test case development is a plus;-         Knowledge of LinuxKernel or device driver development is a plus;-         Knowledge of BIOS,Firmware is a plus;-         Good Assembly/Cprogramming skills is a plus.
