IBM Docs™ provides Web-based and Mobile editors for creating, sharing and collaboratively authoring word processor, spreadsheet and presentation documents. It is delivered in SmartCloud and on-premise. China team has full development ownership.
We are looking for talented developers who are results oriented and passionate about building intuitive and highly sophisticated software for global markets. They are expected (but not limited to) to drive product maturity through innovative ideas, smart design and algorithms, drive next generation Editors to meet modern flavor and long term biz growth requirements.

Skill description:
Familiar with Java or C/C++ programming.
Familiar with JavaScript programming is a plus.
Fast learner.
Working for more than half a year is preferred.

关于公司：完全无加班，每天8小时工作完了就可以走了；另外组里面的leader跟manager都很好。
关于工作内容：整个大项目是跟google docs 一样的，在线编辑microsoft office 和 open office 文件。并且能够下载和分享（和社交集成），我们组主要负责Word 这一块，也就是字处理。产品有很多独特和创新的地方，很有乐趣并且很有挑战，毕竟是很前沿的东西，很多问题等着我们去解决，同类的google docs做的很不完善，存在很多问题，根本没法用在重要场合。所以把你那充满“精通”的无敌简历狠狠得砸过来，跟大牛们一起开发最前沿的产品。
