Process big data, eBay search behavior log, to work with buddy together to build a  predict model to help understand eBay search performance 2. Handling millions of human label data to build a solid training/prediction dataset for eBay3. Pre-research on building an offline search simulator with buddy to help evaluate new search modelRequired Skill set:1. Strong Data Mining or Statistical Learning background, master degree preferred.2. Strong  technical background such as Java, SQL and R3. Qualified English4. Good team player and quick executive role.Additional Requirements:1. has capability to work at least 3/4 days per week.
