Job Responsibilities：Measure ongoing business performanceand understand key drivers.
Provide technical expertise in at least one of areas: datamanipulation, automation, business reporting, data mining, machine learning,pattern recognition, etc. with the help of cutting edge technologies.
Conduct ad-hoc projects, collaborate with global teams and takepart in international projects under supervisor.
Drive innovation to impact business results.

Job Requirements：
1. Has mentor's approval.
2. Has bandwidth to work at least 3/4 daysper week. Working 5 days per week is a plus.
3. Long term (1+ years) internship with eBay,at least 6 months.
4. Strong interest in data analytics and mining tasks in E-commerce and websearch applications.
5. Strong interpersonal communication skills, Fluent in English.
6. Hands on withS QL and Excel. Experience in R, SASor Matlab is plus
7. Sharp at logical thinking.
8, Careful, cautious, strong sense of responsibility;
Computer Science, Applied mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics orMBA backgrounds;
Master degree preferred
Work Location: 4F, West Tower, No 618, East Yan’An Road, Shanghai
