JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for one or more database talents withoutstanding technical skills.  You will do core database development ofkey data platform components with innovative algorithms, in-memory database,column-based storage, cloud computing, data mining techniques. And you willhave chance to be responsible for architectural design and development. You’llbe working within world class engineering team.  The role will be based inXi’an or Shanghai, but will involve working closely with colleagues based in USand Germany.

Base location: Xi'an, Shanghai

RESPONSIBILITIES

1.           Responsible for designing and building product integrated database with highperformance and reliability

2.           Responsible for coding, reviewing, troubleshooting, and problem solving of SQLdevelopment, including SQL, view, trigger, stored procedure;

3.           Responsible for implementation and release of database changes according toagreed timescales and cost

4.           Responsible for troubleshooting customer issues, tuning, giving root cause andprovide solutions.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

1.           Must have college education from Chinese C9 Universities.

2.           Excellent written and oral English communication.

3.           Proficient at least one of the following programming languages: C++/C; Java;Script

4.           Having experience in multi-threading /multi-processing programming; performancetuning, memory leak detecting and etc.  This is a big plus.

5.           Proven track record in shipping software on time, with high quality

6.           Great problem solving skills, strategic thinking and technical skills

7.           Experience in building scalable, secure, high performance products and servicesis a plus.

8.           Experience and success in working with ambiguity and taking risks is a plus.

9.           Excellent interpersonal, communication and cross group collaboration skills

职位要求

1.       毕业于中国9校联盟中的大学

• 出色的英文书写与口语表达能力
  
• 至少精通以下一门编程语言: C++/C; Java; Script
  
• 熟悉多线程多进程编程，具有系统性能调优，内存泄露检测等经验会优先考虑
  
• 能够高效高质按时完成任务
  
• 具备出色的解决问题的能力，战略思维和专业技能
  
• 有高性能产品扩展性和安全性开发相关经验
  
• 有成功完成多义性和风险性任务的经验
  
• 优秀的人际交往，沟通和跨部门协作能力
